As an Aetna member, you'll have access to our Informed Health Line, toll-free, day or night. You can't always call your doctor to talk about a health problem or question. But you can call Informed Health Line^® (1-877-858-6507), a toll-free service staffed by trained registered nurses. While the nurses aren't authorized to diagnose illnesses or prescribe drugs, they can:

Answer health-related questions
Help you decide whether or not to go to the emergency room
Tell you simple steps you can take to address a health issue until you can get to a doctor

The Aetna Beginning Right maternity program comes with all Aetna plans for the State of Florida at no extra cost to you. You can use it throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born.

Teladoc^® is a low cost, convenient, and quality alternative to Emergency Room and Urgent Care for non-emergency medical care. Care is available 24/7/365 by web, phone, and the Teladoc mobile app

Teladoc physicians can diagnose, treat, and write short-term (non-DEA) prescriptions for a wide range of general health issues, reducing unnecessary use of the ER and Urgent Care
Teladoc also offers Mental Health, Dermatology, and Caregiver services
Teladoc is not designed to replace a Primary Care Physician (PCP) relationship, but rather supplement a member’s access to affordable, quality care when needed.
